Henry Meyer-
Henry Meyer (1829-1905) was a liquor dealer in Olneyville. He was listed as a mason in 1878. He ran a lager beer saloon at 1102 High St. in 1879. He moved to Attleboro, Mass. in 1880. He was listed as a bottler in 1881. In 1885 he was running a lager beer saloon at 1102 High St. in Olneyville. In 1889 he ran a saloon in Olneyville. His house was at 286 Plainfield St. Moritz H. Meyer took over the business that year. He died in Feb. 1905.

Louis H. Meyer-
Louis H. Meyer (1856-1935) was a bottler in the Olneyville section of Providence. In 1889 he was listed as a confectioner at 23 Olneyville Sq. He was listed as a liquor dealer in 1891. He was listed as a liquor dealer at 1102 High St. (Olneyville Sq.) in 1893. L.H. Meyer Co. in 1895. He was listed as a bottler at 1 Library Ct. in 1897. In 1898 he was at 15 & 17 Hartford Ave. In 1899 he was listed as a bottler at 29 Hartford Ave. He was at 56 Hartford Ave. in 1900-02. In 1904 he formed the L.H. Meyer Co. Louis H. Meyer, Albert Suter, and Ephriam B. Daesen were the founders. In 1903-1910 they were at 62 to 70 Hartford Ave.  He was at 62 Hartford Ave. from 1911-1920. By 1912 he was also dealing in wines and liquors. An alternative address in 1915-18 was 62-70 Hartford Ave.

Moritz H. Meyer-
In 1889 Maurice H. Meyer ran a saloon and bottling company at 1102 High St. in Olneyville. He apparently changed his name, or perhaps the directory spelled it wrong. He was at rear Waterman Bldg., Olneyville Sq. in 1892. He was at rear Library Building in 1893-94. His name was Moritz in 1893. In 1895 Moritz Meyer was a bottler of lager, ales, and porter. He was at Pike’s Block, rear of the Waterman (library) building. He was at 1 Library Ct. in 1896. He was succeeded by Louis H. Meyer in 1897. He moved to Portland, Oregon in 1905.

David Miller & Co. was liquor dealers in Providence. David was at 210 & 212 N. Main St. in 1901. By 1902 it was D. Miller & Co. at just 210 N. Main St. In 1903-04 they were at 210 & 212 N. Main St. as well as 1960 Westminster St. In 1905-06 the company was at 210 & 212 N. Main St., with branch locations at 813 & 815 Westminster St. and 1960 & 1962 Westminster St. In 1907-08 they were just at 815 and 1960 Westminster Sts. They were just at 1960 Westminster St. in 1909. In 1910-11 they were listed as bottlers at 15 Market St. and 1960-62 Westminster St. The company was incorporated in 1912 by Eugene S. Kranz, David Miller, and Harry D. Bellin. It was at 15 Market St. and 1960 Westminster St. at the time. It was at 1960-62 Westminster St. in 1913. David left the company in 1914. In 1916 Samuel Kranz was the manager. It was still at 1960 Westminster in 1914-16. Another listing has the company at 3 Olneyville Sq. in 1914. Samuel Strauss & Co. was at this address in 1917. David might have gone into auto supplies by 1918.
